3/4" Thick Solid Wood Face Frame
Our face frames are made from solid 3/4" wood stock with 1/2 dovetail connections to the side panels for a secure connection.
1/2" Thick Plywood Boxes
Our side panels are made from the finniest furniture grade plywood available, and 1/2" dovetails into the face frame for a secure connection that will never come apart.
5/8" Solid Wood Dovetail Drawer Box
Our drawers are dovetailed for strength and have hardwood on all sides. Dovetail drawers provide optimum strength and fit for the drawers in your kitchen.
6-Way Adjustable Soft-Close Hinges
We use DTC® soft-close six-way adjustable European style hinges. Six-way adjustability makes it easy to have all of your doors perfectly aligned.
Steel Soft-Closing Drawer Glides
We use DTC® soft-close undermount drawer glides. These drawer glides are far superior to side mounted drawer slides as they are easy to remove and install with the under-mount latch system, and feature easy adjustment for that perfect look.
3/4" Thick Plywood Shelves
The interior of our cabinets is a natural birch finish with an ultraviolet protective coating. This gives the interiors a consistent, high quality, durable finish.
